Venues
Two places on the same stretch of coast, twenty minutes apart. In summer we cook in Utjeha, by the road and the sunset over the water; out of season the lights are on in Bar. One of them is always open — this page says which.
Our home venue, in Utjeha (Njegoševa), Bar municipality, right on the Bar–Ulcinj coast road. A garden and a covered terrace out front, and the sunset over the water from it in the evening.
A seasonal venue in the town of Bar, open outside the main summer season. It trades under its own name, Crispy Food House, at Makedonska E15.
The same family stands behind both cards above. That does not make the venues interchangeable: each trades under its own name, with its own address, its own opening hours and its own phone number.
Which is why every fact on this site says which venue it belongs to. The company's registry details — full name, registration number, tax number and registered office — are published on a page of their own.
Both venues are seasonal. Food House in Utjeha runs through the summer season and Crispy Food House in Bar runs outside it — at any moment one of the two is open, not both.
The card for the venue that is currently shut is shown in black and white with a tag on it, so nobody drives to a closed door. The hours on a card are that venue's hours and never apply to the other.
If you are not sure which one is open, you do not have to guess: the tag always sits on the venue that is out of season.
The grill gets its time, the pizza gets its oven, the gyros gets cut when it should. None of it can be hurried without you tasting it in the first bite — so none of it is. Two kitchens, two menus, the same care over every plate.
Every dish carries its price, so you know where you stand before you order. Open whichever menu you are curious about and read it as if you were already at the table.
Food House sits right on the Bar–Ulcinj coast road: the yellow sign is visible from the road. In front there is a garden with wicker chairs and a covered terrace with wooden tables and flower boxes.
Crispy Food House is in the town of Bar, at the address on its own card. Each card opens the map, the menu and the contact details of that venue — never the other one's.
